About McKinley Village

Welcome Sacramento Neighbors!

The McKinley Village Project is a 21st-century urban village located in the City of Sacramento and in the heart of the metropolitan region.

Inspired by the adjoining East Sacramento and McKinley Park neighborhoods, the McKinley Village community includes tree-line, two public parks, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly streets, and homes with attractive architecture drawn from a variety of style vernaculars. In the center of the development is a Private community center for HOA residents that includes access to a pool, BBQ pit, fire pits, gym, and community events center.

The goal of this exciting project is to provide much-needed family-oriented housing within walking distance to retail, jobs, schools, churches, open spaces, and public transportation.

This website serves primarily as a resource for McKinley Village HOA members and residents as well as a resource for fellow Sacramento community members.
