The McKinley Village Landscape Committee’s objective is to develop a landscape plan which the Board and Association can use in setting its landscaping goals and in monitoring its maintenance responsibilities. The Landscape Committee Charter was approved by the Board at their July 2, 2024 meeting.
As part of their responsibilities, the Landscape Committee will conduct a monthly and/or quarterly “walk through” of the common areas assessing landscaping, irrigation and maintenance needs which will then be incorporated into short-term and long-term plans.
Any immediate issues will be reported to the HOA Management through the McKinley Village website at MKVHOA.com. This does not preclude community members from reporting landscape or irrigation issues directly to Stacy or through the website ticketing system.
The Landscape Committee will generate a report for the Board and deliver it verbally at the regularly scheduled Board meetings. Any requests for funding will be submitted to the Board for consideration.
We have a wonderful community and the goal is to maintain its beauty.
The McKinley Village Project is a 21st century urban village located in the City of Sacramento and in the heart of the metropolitan region. Inspired by the adjoining East Sacramento and McKinley Park neighborhoods, the McKinley Village community includes tree-line, pedestrianand bicycle-friendly streets and homes with attractive architecture drawn from a variety of style vernaculars.
McKinley Village will provide an environment that supports healthy living, encourages social interaction, promotes economic development and stimulates environmental consciousness. Our goal is to create a neighborhood where people want to live, work and raise their families.
