Thank you for helping make our McKinley Village HOA safer &comply with local COVID re-opening requirements.
Please use this portal to make reservations for McKinley Village. You will receive an email notification as well as a link to access your reservation for rescheduling and cancellations.
After making your reservation, if something changes, please be sure to cancel so that others may access the pool or gym due to limited availability.
Book A Pool Reservation
Each reservation slot will be 2-hours: 1 hour and 45 minutes with 15 minutes to clean up. Reservations may be scheduled daily, from 5am to 10pm during regular summer hours. Lap Swim times are 30 min slots during pool hours. (exception is early morning open swim 5am-8am 3-hour time slot).
Max capacity for each time slot is 70 people.
Based on usage, your HOA Committee may elect to limit the number of times each household can make a reservation.
Book A Gym Reservation
Each reservation slot will be 1 hour, daily starting at 5:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. (1-Hour slot is a 45 min workout with 15 min for cleanup and transition between appointments).
Each slot must be booked by an individual. No family or group reservations allowed.
Max capacity for each time slot is 2 people.
